Batch ideas
One URL per model, leading to the correct instructions or care guide.
A separate listing or tour link for each property.
Room-specific equipment instructions, booking pages, or visitor information.
One page per session for slides and follow-up materials. Attendance validation needs a separate destination system.
Match each label to a manual or a record in your own maintenance system.
Location-specific hours, directions, and contact pages.
Before printing
A static code stores the URL directly. Its pattern has no built-in expiry, but the linked page must remain available. You can update that page while keeping the same address.
Set is_dynamic to true when the destination address may change. The printed code depends on the redirect remaining active. Recorded scans do not prove that a visitor completed a task.
